“The Rock-Solid Foundation”

Romans 8:28 is a pillow on which to rest our weary heads.

Five unshakeable convictions confirm this:

  1. God is at work in our lives
  1. God is at work for the good of his people.
  1. God works all things together for our good.
  1. The Christian’s love for God is an important matter.

The ultimate motivator for Christian service, Christian ministry, and Christian obedience, is a personal affection for God. –Sproul

  1. Life is not random for the called people of God.Today’s Quote for Reflection

“What is remarkable … is that even suffering and tribulation turn out for the good of the Christian ” –Thomas Schreiner
